Providing an Integrated Recruitment Process

We believe the future lies in working with you to arrive at a customized solution specifically geared to your organizational needs. This could range from working closely with particular areas within your organization to provide a high level of contingency recruitment targeting specific market areas and resource planning working closely with you and your managers to allow us to effectively and proactively manage our candidate database. An integrated process also allows for information to be shared between us to enable for a more effective business relationship to be developed.

Search and Selection
This type of service is effective for many types of positions. This can be an excellent way of finding many appropriate candidates.

The Search and Selection process involves utilizing our database to search for suitable recommendations, creating new prospects thorough referrals and networking with well established market contacts for information on the best candidates in a given area. In addition to this we also advertise the position using a variety of multi media sources. This is generally undertaken using Resource Worldwide's name to offer a more discrete service to our clients. After identifying suitable candidates we screen and interview them thoroughly before submitting those we feel are right for the position. Along with each recommendation we provide an appraisal highlighting specific skills and observations into their personality and suitability.

Executive Search
Our business ethos is to work in partnership with select clients to maximize value for them.
By building a close working relationship we can head hunt the most suitable candidates for placement.

Head hunting involves identifying the best individuals or teams in a specific area, approaching them in a discrete way to gauge initial interest. Identifying the best individuals comes from a variety of sources, industry knowledge and contacts, client identification and candidate information. This is always treated in the strictest confidence. Once the right individual has been found the process is managed in a similar way to that on Search and Selection.

Retained Search
This service is specifically aimed at companies which are looking to recruit a number of people over a given timeframe and want to keep their plans private. We can offer a retained service to manage that whole recruitment process for you.
